A51 microphone and speaker issue after SW update 19thAug

Hi folks,

after installing an update 19th August both micro and speaker are not working with all apps, solely the system sounds (incoming call, alarm eg) are normal.

Any idea?

Calling my landline from the A51 I can only hear a fax-like tone. Factory reset didn't help.
