A51 Continues to restart randomly.

Problem with the phone restarting at random times still persists even after the most recent update. Anyone else experienced this issue, any fixes?

have u got auto restart enabled in device care ? I have the samsung A51 and don't have this issue

Yes I have it turned off, multiple checks.

I normally associate restarts with smartphones where there is too much going on in the background so it randomly reboots but I got a feeling you're not one of them that leaves multiple windows open and active in the background.

Yes, you guessed right. Always keep background apps to a minimum and always closing them after use. I'll monitor it more now you have mentioned it though.

Device only restarts when inactive/not in use.

I have A70 and have the same issue. I am using phone so lightly no games no editing software etc. This problem has been started in last 2 weeks.

I will try digging around the Internet if I find anything I will let u know as I have the a51 and if it happens to me atleast I will know how to resolve it has it happened just after a recent update?

sounds like a drag bud but I would back up what important data you have... hard reset the phone... restore your stuff then see how it goes. if its still happening then its a warranty job. just seen your comment where you said its happening from when you got it... back in August.

dunno if you got it from Samsung or your network but if its still happening I would contact one them... preferably Samsung.
