The latest update just forced its way through, after restart the phone seems to be dead. The touchscreen doesnt work, the SIM is not recognised. If I cant login because the touchscreen doesnt work, I have no idea how to fix this. I have soft rebooted about 17 times now. I have removed the SIM slot, added new SIM, rebooted with and with the slot etc.
The phone was fine 2 min before and now *****...

You could try a hard reset however this would delete your information from the phone.

That or take it to a Samsung Service Centre however they'll most probably also attempt to flash the phone thus resetting it.
