My A40 wont load past the opening screen with a red message at the top saying "fingerprint protection failed". I have taken it to phone repair shop and have been informed it is most likely a hardware issue.
1. Are Samsung liable for selling broken products. Going through their warranty options the phone repair. shop I have taken it too offer more warranty options than the manufacturer.
2. Has anyone else had this issue
