I would suggest to use the diagnostic tools in your Samsung Members App.
Done are also available via launching your phone app and dialing *#0*#
As the phone has been owned for a short period of time and if the issues does not resolve then if this was my phone I'd also look at any Cooling Off Period to have it replaced @J4mesRx8
