A40 + bluetooth connection

Hi, I have a pioneer bluetooth headset but dont seem to see it appearing in the bluetooth settings. I have tried all of the things in the manual and it seems like this Samsung doesn't connect to anything except my tv for youtube. I used to connect these headphones to my old Samsung. I am not sure what's wrong. Anybody with same issues and solutions?

Hi @Alex8fer. Is the software on your A40 up to date? Check this by going into Settings > Software Update > Download and install.

thanks for coming back to me. I tried that yes and doesn't work. I thought if it used to connect to my old samsung why not this one... it is weird...
