A56 car Bluetooth issue

Hi 

Just paired my A56 with my car

The phonecalls works through Bluetooth, but the car won't play my music, it's like a bad connection, the music stutters the same issue if I use the Waze app, the sound stutters.

 have had the car from new, and paired many phones to it over the years without any issues.

I have unpaired several times but it still doesn't work any help will be grateful.

Perhaps the app you are streaming music from is where the issue is occurring.

I use Spotify i always have, but is not just the music, if I try to use the Waze sat nav app through the car audio, that also stutters

It could also possibly be the Bluetooth hardware in the car handset itself that is faulty as I've never heard of this issue or had it personally.

I might try to re install my old phone to see if that works, if it doesn't then it is the car. Thanks for your help 👍

I'm having exactly the same problem. The car is 2013. I'm wondering if the older Bluetooth is not compatable? It's fine on my new car with android auto but that's a wired connection.
