a40 - bad audio quality of phone calls?

Yes mine is the same thought it s just me i came from a  Iiphone 7 and the sound and voice is much clearer  only 2 month old and been back allready

Mine is the same and seems to be getting worse . Any advice please

to be honest, seems that a40 is a *****ty phone. they tried to make it as cheap as possible by making some stuff bad quality. also no always on display.

ive realised that speaker volume is a bit low too.

Yes it’s not the Best Buy I have made I to have noticed the poor quality of the speaker  and it’s noticeable when making calls

the thing is, im upset because im coming from samsung a3 2017 also a cheap phone but it had always on display and good quality audio calls, thats why im sad.

Yes it's really annoying.  I had an iphone before, and now wishing I hadn't changed.  Didn't want to spend the money on another iphone but maybe i should have!!

signal reception is terrible and drops out or simply does not connect
cheap or badly built antenna seems to be common for these handsets
it works enough to make you believe it's a phone at first
