A35 BLUETOOTH connection issue with VW Passat

Having issues connecting bluetooth to my 2013 Passat to play Audio. The phone connects for phone calls but won't let me toggle the setting on for audio? Any ideas? I've cleared any other devices from both the car head unit and the phone but still no luck? Cheers
