Hello. A53 owner here. Since a couple of days, I noticed there is this black pixel on one of the rear cameras. The screen and selfie camera, don't show it.
I bought it on January 2023. Any hope to fix it?

Hi there, @MarcoAk. If you haven't already tried to do so, please clear the cache and data of the Camera app. This will not remove any files from your phone, it will simply give the app a restart and remove any corrupted data.
Please follow the steps below to do this:
> Go to "Settings".
> Tap "Apps".
> Search for "Camera" and select it.
> Tap "Storage".
> Tap "Clear cache", located on the bottom right of your screen.
> Tap "Clear data", located on the bottom left of your screen.
You can also visit this link to see if any of the troubleshooting steps assist you: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/i-have-dead-pixel-on-my-samsung-mobile/
Please could you let me know how you get on? Many thanks.

Hello. Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, it didn't help. Guess I should visit a support center.

Yes I agree that a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre could be the next step @MarcoAk

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
