A35 5G Battery Drainage

Hello, I bought a samsung galaxy A35 5g recently and the first day I've started using it was on the 5th of August 2024, today after a week of using the battery hasn't improved at all even after the phone went through the learning useage patterns phase. With 5g turned off, screen refresh rate at 60hz and almost all the apps are put in deep sleep the battery still drains quickly, with just 2.4 hours of screen on time just surfing the internet and a bit of social media 50% of the battery is gone just like that. Any suggestions on how to proceed with this issue?

Same problem.

I was using Samsung F23 for the last 2 years and I recently bought the A35 5g. Still now a full charge shows an estimate of 1.5 days whereas after using the A35 in the same manner with all the same apps and usage settings, I am getting an estimate of only 15 hrs. 10% of battery drains for every 45 mins of usage. The claimed battery life is 2days , I am not getting half of it. 

Being a Samsung user for so long it is very shameful to see such issues not getting fixed by Samsung. They should immediately recall the smartphones facing such issues.

Apart from that My phone is facing severe heating issues. I also checked the device care report and there is no issues.

Assalamu alaikum brother, i just bought  yesterday A35 5g in poorvika mobiles without knowing this issue. I used new mobile for just 2 hours only. New mobile battery got drained so fast, i didnt even insert sim card, just connected wifi Thats it, watched some youtube videos, played some small games for 10 minutes only. I lost my money, i bought credit to buy a mobile. 😢😭

I have same issue. I'm returning the phone for a refund, after 4 hours of just browsing web pages it's used 30% battery!!! Haha I'm going back to my Motorola which lasts 3 days

Hello, I just bought my Samsung galaxy a35 5g last March 2,2025. My battery getting drained so fast, why? I'm not a gamer. Infection I did not yet download unnecessary apps. But why? Hopefully you can tell me how to do to not drained the battery
