I have issues from the purchase period

5g is not fully functional 

Do check please i already highlighted to team using members app , i have gone through internet many users are facing too.

Also shared Logs but no good response from there end yet.

Please provide resolution via OTA update.

Can you confirm:

You are using A34 5G model and that the handset is UK spec.
You are using a 5G SIM Card as supplied by your network
You have spoken to your network provider regarding this.

Likelihood is that 5g is not provisioned in your area? Or only in part.

As i am using Jio 5G SIM

Jio has provided one single network to all users

Person sitting next to me is using 5G Unlimited but my 4g is used

Only 5g works for few seconds. 

I am using MADE IN INDIA products as per Box.

5G is Working Fine in my area as 5g network as come

I also used 5g but short time always

 

Its automatically get switching based on what? I dnt know.
