A33 Bluetooth Problems

I recently picked up a new galaxy A33, and it's been great so far. However, one problem I've had is that bluetooth connectivity completely stops working after about a day or two's time until I restart the phone.

When I connect a pair of headphones, for example, the menu will say that they're paired, but they don't connect to the phone or play music through them.

System diagnostics says everything is normal, and I have no idea how to fix this problem other than maybe a factory reset as a last resort. Any advice to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thank you.

@AssumedComputer47: After pairing your headphones via Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, tap the cog symbol next to the headphones in the Connected devices list, and make sure that Media is toggled on. If the issue persists, try pairing the headphones to another compatible device, as this will help to verify if the problem lies with your A33, or the headphones themselves.

Although this isn't necessarily a solution to the problem, I do recommend restarting your phone every 24-48 hours to refresh the software, and help to maintain the performance of the device.

Depends where you are saving your contacts. Could be on your sim card, to your phone's internal storage, to your samsjng account, or google account.

I once had a similar issue with my callendar dates disappearing because I was saving them to my online account instead of to my phone's storage.

When creating a contact, at the top left corner of the screen is a drop down menu for where you save your contacts. I recommend choosing to store them on your internal storage to avoid technical hickups.
