A33 5g 25w slow

Hello ever since i update to one ui 5.0 the 25w charging has gone really slow its not my device its that samsung disabled super fast charge feature please bring it back

Sadly Samsung will not respond through here.

I'm assuming there is no option to turn the super fast charging option back on in settings?

If not you may need to go through the pain of contacting Samsung Customer Service (it will likely be painful).

Hi there, @Members_tPprQmh. That's strange - certainly not what I'd expect. Have you checked to ensure that all of the settings are fully activated and that your charger and cable are still capable of providing Super fast charging (namely, we'd recommend using an official Samsung adaptor and charging cable designed to provide Super fast charging)?:

If you've done all of the relevant checks, and if you're certain that there are no issues with the settings on your A33 or with the cable and adaptor, I'd recommend submitting an Error report. This will allow our developers to take a closer look at this for you.

To do this, please launch the Samsung Members app > Tap Support > Scroll down and tap Error reports > Choose a category of Error report to submit > Complete the required details and then send the report by tapping the send icon.
