Hi,

I am wondering if anyone can help me. I worked as a mobile device admin and I have samsung phones returned to me but with password locked, I have managed to do a hard reset but it still won't let me set the phone up as there's a google account synced on the device. Is there anyway, I can get that removed please? Thank you

@Gracehanson: It sounds like you're encountering a Factory Reset Protection (FRP) lock. As this is a security feature you will need to reach out to the owners to obtain the relevant information. Alternatively, request a copy of the proof of purchase, then get in touch with our Help Desk to arrange for the device to be flashed by an authorised Samsung engineer. Proof of purchase is mandatory for this process, as again it relates to a security feature.
