Can you post what the full model is please.

If a phone has dual sim capabilities then the sim card manager will be in....
Settings > Connections > Sim Card Manager.
Dial *#06# ; if the Smartphone supports dual SIM, then there will be 2 IMEI numbers; if not, then there will only be 1 IMEI number.
You can also check by looking at the sim card tray to see if it will accept two sim cards.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello, I have the same issue on my galaxy A52. I have 2 IMEI when i do the code *#06#, i have 2 simcards in my phone which both work. But when i go to the settings, there is no SIM card manager menu under connections. However, if i do a search in the settings, the SIM card manager does come up and I'm able to open that menu from there and turn on my second SIM.
But why is it not displaying it in connections?
