A32 5G USB C TO HDMI

Hi there

Could anyone tell me please how you get a samsung A32 5G to mirror its screen when you plug it into a tv via usb- hdmi cable

I have the cable but when plugging into the TV nothing happens, i dont get any notification on the phone or anything saying things along the lines of click to mirror or anything?

If it makes any difference, im trying to use it with a Sony 4k smart tv.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there

My phone doesnt find anything on that application, whether the usb-hdmi cable is plugged in or not.

Doesnt even see the Sony Smart TV that is on the same network.

Double check ✔ to make sure the a32 is compatible for hdmi use

What type of cable are you using? The phone does not support MHL so you will need a cable with an MHL  or Slimport adapter.

Yeah got a cable in the end, is as close to plug and play as i understand (you need their app installed to work)

Cable i got was this one:

Needs to be plugged into phone usb port, usb port for power and sound is done over bluetooth to the module within the cable.

Works ok for what i want, however will not work for things like nowtc etc as they are encoded.
