I have two SIMs in my A23. I gave the number for SIM2 to a company. They do not have the number associated with SIM1. There is no visibility of the SIM1 number on Google either.
However, the second time they called me, it was the SIM1 number that rang. And it happened again when they called.
I have not rung them using the SIM1 number.
Any ideas how to fix this ?

As far as I am aware they are separate but I will ask them.

They had no idea. But I was only talking to Level 1 support.
