Does this happen when connected to a charger or other device ie PC, laptop, phone etc? Or does it happen with nothing connected at all.
You could try another known working cable or charger or confirm that the problem isn't with other device (if applicable).
Carefully inspect your device charging port for any dirt or debris. Use a torch. Gently blow any accumulated dust, etc out but don't try poking any hard or metal objects in there as you may damage the port. After troubleshooting, If you are still getting the message or think the port needs further attention, then seek help from an authorised service centre.

Hi @1998

To Add to @Robin999 excellent suggestions  👍 also please try this > Usb reset.

Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.

And if necessary > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
