A20e - Can't disable Picture-in-Picture or Pop-up View

There are toggles under each installed App for 'Picture-in-picture' and 'Appear on top' but these settings do not appear to have any effect. Having disabled both of these for YouTube, I can still make in run in a window from the App icon in the Recent Apps view.

Is there any other way to disable this feature?

@Rich007: I see what you mean. By disabling the options as you have done (Settings > Apps > Youtube > Appear On Top (off) > Picture-In- Picture (off), this prevents the A20e from automatically applying the feature. However, as you've pointed out, it is still possible to manually activate it from the Recent Apps screen. Sadly it's not possible to disable this option, but at least you can be safe in the knowledge that it won't apply PIP automatically.
