A13 update problem

I had a update with my A13 today and soon as it finished whenever I make calls people can hear me but I cannot hear them but when I ring them on WhatsApp I can hear them and they can hear me but has only happened since this uodate today

It does appear a few people are experiencing this 🤔 

If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.  

You can send feedback via your Samsung Members App too. 

And try Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

When I try hook it up to my laptop it don't recognise the device for some reason and I can't find the clear cache it tells me to look for samsung keyboard in the apps section but there isn't one called that would they put another update to even fix this issue?

To see Samsung Keyboard you need to set it to show system apps. Click where there are 3 lines above the apps list and you can set it from there.
