A13 factory reset issues with email

I wanted to bring this topic up because my friend gave me his old phone and I bought it and he said something with the email that he doesn't even remember which email he used and the box he threw a long time ago. When I tried to login with google the problem started, It said something about put the original email in or something like that and I tried many times to get on other email. None of them worked and yet I'm still trying I don't wanna play to repair it because they ask a lot of money and I  don't have such of money so I better ask Samsung to help me.

What you are describing is a Google security called Factory Reset Protection. Our colleagues in New Zealand have written an article regarding this, but the main crux of this feature is as follows: 

"Factory Reset Protection (FRP), is a security feature on Android devices with Android OS Version 5.1 (Lollipop) and higher. The FRP provides a built-in security feature you are able to use that protects your device and information, including screen locks and data encryptions. The FRP is enabled automatically when a Google account has been registered on the device and will be disabled if the Google account is removed from the device prior to the Factory Data Reset. Once the FRP has been activated, it will prevent use of your device after a Factory Data Reset in an untrusted environment. This means if your device has been Factory Reset in any other way than Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset, the FRP Lock will be enabled."

If you do not have access to the Google account that is linked to your phone, then you will need to arrange for an engineer to unlock your phone. We need to make you aware that you will need to provide them with a valid proof of purchase in order for them to carry this out.

Hi and welcome

If Google account was left and not removed while doing factory reset you have to enter the original email which was left and synced with phone before factory reset, so if phone is stolen it's locked same as like icloud lock.

If your friend who gave you the phone don't have a box or any proof that he bought the phone like invoice, Samsung won't be able to help you.
