@imightknowyou7: Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Galaxy A10s. Here are a few steps that you can try to improve the performance and overall battery life of the device.
1. Perform a Soft Reset by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts.
2. Close any apps that are running in the background via the Recent Apps button in your navigation bar.
3. Settings > Device Care > Battery > Power Mode > Adaptive Power Saving > On
4. Remove any recently installed 3rd party apps.
5. Turn off features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile Data when not in use

To add you could try the following also @imightknowyou7
1, Turn the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's system files and clear the cache files. No information is lost this way.
2. Back up and remove any relevant sd card and factory reset as a last resort.
