Hi my A10 wont connect to my home wifi, any suggestions how to fix this

Will the phone connect to other sources of Wi-Fi  ?

Sometimes splitting the routers frequencies to 2.4ghz and 5ghz can help.

Try turning your Wi-Fi off, leave it for 5 minutes, then turn it back on. Alternatively, disconnect from the Wi-Fi via your phone, then reconnect and see if that works. If all else fails, try contacting your broadband provider and see if they can rectify the issue 😀.

Also, try clearing your phone system cache, as well as restarting the phone and see if that helps 😎.

@Lindamw Hello, Reset network settings, it usually fixes problems related to wireless connections. You don't lose data. Greetings.
