Clear the USB cache
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > USBSettings > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Press and hold the Side button > Restart.

Try a hard reset
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.

Can you run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App too see if that highlights anything.
You can send feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too.
If not and if this continues then I'd suggest to use a Samsung Service Centre.
