can't answer incoming calls

Hi All, sorry if this has been on here before. I'm unable to answer incoming calls!

Has anyone else got this issue?

Or a solution please?

Thank you I will try this, I was swiping upwards as that worked on my previous Samsung phone

When the phone rings I tape the green answe phone over and over again but can't pick up and I loose the call

Yes they're visible but by swiping them nothing happens, my sister thinks having the phone cover on is the oroblem

I am not sure what has changed but all of a sudden mine is working again. At least the swipe to answer. I haven’t tried the tap to answer as I don’t want to jinx it but for now it is somewhat back to normal.
