Slow phone using a lot of RAM

Has anyone noticed that specifically people who play games that the movement in the game is a bit laggy and the plugins don't work even you feel 120 fps don't maintain all the time when swiping anywhere right to left or up side to down

Can confirm high RAM usage on average, slowness... not sure

Can confirm high ram usage. Using about 8 out of 12GB.
