My samsung watch ultra will not connect to my phone via Bluetooth but shows on the Wear app, whereas my buds pro 3 are totally missing from the Wear app, but are connected via Bluetooth with me only able to access the buds settings through Bluetooth devices. Anyone else had similar problems?

Try impairing and then repairing the buds, also clear the cache and app data from the wear app then restart your phone. I'm sure you've probably already thought of/been told/tried this but thought I'd say the basics just in case you were unaware. If the issue still persists then I'm sure there's somebody on here who can help if you give more info.

Hello @Ants41,

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause. You can also try to perform wipe cache partition and see if that helps ‌‌‌‌🤞

Have a good day! ☀️

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it, but sadly you're right about trying your suggestions and its even worse as I've found that when I turn the buds active noise cancelling settings to completely off, it puts it into full active noise cancelling so there's a problem for sure.

Thanks I've cleared the cache but no success I'm afraid and I've also just found out that when I turn the buds active noise cancelling settings to completely off, it puts it into full active noise cancelling so there's a problem for sure. I have done a report for both btw
