There are some major flaws in this new beta that will render your device almost unusable as a testing platform.

Constant restarts when attempting to open keyboard in certain apps. 

Most apps require you to type will lag and then force a restart from a blank screen

It is up to every Member to make their own decision,   need to be aware that there will be bugs in a Beta but have found any significant issues in Beta 3 thus far.    Not minimising the problems   but there will be different experiences.

I downloaded it today and have not had a problem like this yet, it is a little slow but nothing like what you're describing.

Only issue I have is with battery drain. Its worse than beta 2.

I've had no problems apart from my battery draining quickly but that seems to of been fixed since I wiped the cache partition
