Like mentioned by others: especially for messaging apps like WhatsApp it is better to see all messages in your notifications, and not just 1. I hope you will make available to toggle to turn off the grouping. Or, perhaps you could make it be a setting you can set for each app individually.
Please get this fixed! I created an account just to add to the other complaints. I guess I'm lucky bc I didn't notice until UI 7 on my Fold 6. I keep missing stuff and it's super annoying!
I didn't notice this issue until UI 7 on my fold 6. It's extremely annoying and I too keep missing notifications. Please give us an option to group certain notifications and not others.
What makes it even more frustrating is that you literally created a dedicated panel for notifications. You have so much space now so then why group messages???
This is just another step towards dumbing down a good product, so as to drive away even a moderately intelligent user base. UI 7 is a disaster and notification grouping is a prime example of that. Trying to "fix" something that isn't broken! Absolutely bonkers!
I am so frustrated at this point , what the use of android if it looks like apple iphone, this one ui 7 just gives me headache after headache, they just removed all of customisation choices
