This is a known issue, and developers have addressed it in the latest Beta update. If you're still facing the problem, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version compatible with One UI 8.
If the issue persists, consider sending feedback via the ' Beta Feedback' option in the Samsung Members app, and attach log files for further assistance 😉.
