Not just Google Wallet, numerous financial apps are not working such as banking etc. So "Beta is working fine" is a bit of a stretch, fine for you, but if it was just for you, wouldn't be much of a beta test would it, they'd just ask you.
I think you need to actually read the thread, otherwise you look foolish and uninformed, at which point I don't know why you'd choose to even comment.
Which terms did you read?, mine included term 11 which states:

Big withdraw button at the bottom of the beta participants settings, click it, then do the rest as the instructions that you copy and pasted yourself say.
However I'm not going to give it a try myself as I don't want to leave the beta, my phone takes me approx 3 hours plus for me to setup from factory reset status and I don't have that kind of spare time, I can live without Google pay for a couple of months just means I need to carry my wallet with me again.
End of the day, we all get the same beta to basically the same device so trying clearing caches etc.
No issues with 3 banking apps here I use Lloyds Santander and Barclays all working.
There is another way to downgrade, you will need to goto sammobile and download the Android 12 firmware specific for your device and flash it via Odin.
