Google pay not working after update

There have already been several posts about this topic.
This happens every year, I'm afraid and is detailed in the terms and conditions for using the beta. The beta is an'unofficial' software version and not yet recognised by Google, so Google Pay stops you using it. It will work once the final version is released.

OP - Samsung pay does work so I've switched to that until final version is released.

Some apps and services don't work during the beta (Google Pay being one of them). Hope this clears things up, @jawb!

Earlier, during the Beta Program, Google Pay app was not functional. However, this time it is possible that the situation will change - currently, some responsible people are trying to make it work also during the Beta.

In the meantime, I recommend you to use the Samsung Pay app 😉. Google Pay app will certainly be working in the official version of the software.
