Battery Protection settings reset

Following today's update, my phone charged to 100% - despite previously being on 'maximum 80%' before. 

In the battery settings, it had reverted to the 'basic' protection level. 

I've switched it back to 80% - will see if it stays there

Same happened with my phone and also Device care icon disappeard from home screen and I had to reactivate it.

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app if the issue reappears so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
