Hi,
this beta is the worst,
even the final last year's beta
for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G
wasn't so unstable.
The previous version supported the NFC payments and had a significantly better
battery management than this one,
when the battery percentage is decreasing literally in front of my eyes,
even the phone is optimised for a minimum battery drain via sleeping apps,
restricted apps in the background,
regular updates,
cache cleaning,
and other settings.
The signal and Wi-Fi are also less stable.
I do have spare phones,
but if I would be relying on this phone only,
I would been in trouble.
Samsung is lucky
that the Vivo X200 Ultra is not going to be officially released outside of China,
but the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is possible to get significantly cheaper than the S25 Ultra,
and the Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max
is just a few months before its realise.
Because if the current S24 U users will be thinking of the upgrade,
it's possible to get the similar league for less.
Even the Honor Magic 7 Pro
you can get below £600.

Seriously, I've never had to crazily think of switching to an Apple product before! The battery life in betas 2 and 3 was awful; it drained even on standby. Beta 1 was amazing, so I think they messed it up on purpose. Beta 4 fixed it, and then the hotfix broke it again. And beta 5? Total waste of time – just a fake update.

I've sent multiple log reports to samsung about the battery they wouldn't read it. I doubt the stable version will stabilize the battery if nothing has been done since November last year about battey life.

It suck

Samsung is doing this on purpose.
Because the current Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G
is just slightly better
than last year's S24 U.
So, Samsung is doing everything to delay the stable version and to prevent the S24 Series from getting the same AI capabilities and other optimisation to sell as many S25 Series as possible.
Because with the proper update, the S24 Series would have been almost as perfect as the S25 Series.
But Samsung is risking to lose the hard-core fans,
who are changing their phones every year,
and who are participating in the beta testing to polish
the software as much as possible.
I'm seriously thinking of skipping the S25 Ultra 5G and keeping my S24 Ultra 5G for another one year.
Especially,
if you can get a great midranger for 1/5 of the
price of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G and get about 80% of everything,
for a fraction of its price.

yeah, slightly better than beta 4, but still draining 12%/h (vs 14% beta 4 on my s24u) insanely bad

Yo, the beta 5 sucks I didn't see any update aside music playing on both notification and control panel

See my battery stat
4hr 50m screen on time on 185% battery usage

I won't buy s25u. I'd rather red magic 😂😂1742668574553.jpg

You're right.
Samsung is asking the top money,
but not offering the top product.
You can buy a great phone for £600 right now.
Even the brand new S24 Ultra is about £800.
So it has no sense paying £1,200+ for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G,
you will get 20% upgrade,
for 60% higher price.
It's not a good investment right now.

Hello @AnnaMaz
if I would be as stable as the current UI 7 on the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with exactly the same features and capabilities,
it would be great.
