After so long, I'm happy to say I've found out why the blur on my widgets was so bad! I think if you use an external app to set your wallpaper, the blur gets messed up. After setting the wallpaper through the gallery app, it works as expected. This is amazing - Samsung, beta 4 is looking good. The only problems are the quick settings panel being the wrong colour (see my previous posts), and the battery icon being too big. Other than these things, it is extremely stable and good to use.
