Animation feedback and suggestions

So far, I love how the animations look like. They are really neat and beautiful and buttery smooth. But I feel like there's something missing, and that's of course an effect. These are the effects I'd suggest adding & I think needed for it to get into the competition:

• App opening / closing: A blur effect to the background and also make it darker as it's opening. Also please make the animation better that occurs when closing an app that doesn't exist on the home page.
• Unlocking (from lockscreen): Make the way apps zoom in smoother. It's currently bland and it's not as smooth as expected.
• Turning the screen on or off could get a fluid-like animation for fluency.
• When pulling down or up too much on any menu (e.g. settings) , it could get a slime-like effect (kind of an overthrow when scrolling with force to the end or beginning) instead of the current stretching effect for even nicer visuals.
• More blur all over the UI would be a really nice addition to make it seems even more fluid.
• Spring animations: This is the addition that I & many others would really like to be implemented to the overall UI which would, in my opinion, change how the whole UX feels like.
• Battery icon animation: Currently the battery icon transition to the charging state when the device is unlocked in the status bar looks really out of place. It's just linear and jerky. A smooth animation (even better, a spring animation) would make it miles better.
• Little suggestions: Make the status bar icons look better and bolder for solely aesthetic and visibility reasons & change the fingerprint sensor icon to a more aesthetic one.

Overall, I'm enjoying it so much and these are just suggestions, but it think One UI has the potential to lead the competition and offer an insanely smooth and fluid experience.

I'd be insanely grateful if you cconsidered any of these changes to be in the stable release and I think anyone would be astonished to see these changes in further betas.

Overall system ui needs more fluid anination improvements especially the Now bar. It's good animations so far but for sure I can see the improvements needed to make it way more fluid.

Completely agree. This is the way Samsung can really compete with Apple - the software and the user experience is everything. I just think more blur, more smoothness, less lag and overall more polish all round. But I totally agree, I absolutely love Samsung and I completely support them - I just think this would really make everyone's lives so much better.

Animations can be poor in areas such as opening apps and switching screen on and off causes flickers. Not smooth at all.

Totally agree. The new animation are the only thing ive liked about this update everything else has been less than exciting
