I've just taken delivery of a Galaxy Book 2 Pro.
First job is always to create a USB-based system recovery drive whilst the new PC is at factory settings.
However, in Windows 11 this is failing, having followed all the usual steps.
Error message is: "We can't create the recovery drive ... A problem occurred while creating the recovery drive"
The Windows Recovery partition is enabled.
Any ideas what to try?
PS. The Samsung Backup utility is also not working - it doesn't allow a disk drive to be selected that is to be imaged to the USB drive.

ResetConfig.xml
ResetConfig_F62B90D4-A654-4CFE-B625-213D47A83416.xml
To be clear, I was now left with just this file:
ResetConfig.xml
At this point, I was immediately able to create the Recovery USB Drive with success.
