Wifi & Bluetooth Connectivity Problem with Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360

I recently spoke with an advisor about my Samsung laptop's recurring connectivity problem. 

The laptop occasionally fails to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth on startup, and the icons are sometimes missing. This problem has persisted since last December. Despite troubleshooting and a BIOS reset suggested by a previous advisor, the issue reoccurs, making it impractical for daily use.

I'm reaching out to request for a permanent solution, as this inconsistency disrupts my workflow.

Have you tried updating the drivers from directly from Intel? I couldn't even get my laptop to connect to my  Wifi 6e router back when I first got it. The router not the laptop. Probably 2 years ago now. Anyways since then I have been updating the wifi and bluetooth drivers from Intel as soon as they are released and haven't had any issues with either.

I have the same issue. Samsung collected the pc and reset everything. Sent it back to me, BUT the issue is still occurring. So they failed to fix it.

My Galaxy book2 has just been returned, had the cheek to charge an inspection fee but still doing the same thing. I look at the signal and it shows as ok until I try to connect but then signal disappears. I have emailed the Samsung repairer and they did nothing to it as it connected to their wifi, I really expected something better from them particularly when it appears it's a well known problem. Samsung should do much better than this
