Hinge already weakened in Book4 Pro 360?

Hi all,

I've been using my Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 for a little over 72 hours (opened and closed it about 25 times I reckon). On Tuesday when I got it, the hinge was a bit stiff and it was impossible to open it with one hand. Now it's quite easy to open it one handed. Are the hinges wearing out already or is this normal? I've never had a 360⁰ laptop so I'm really not sure if it is.

Hmm. I think a little bit of initial stiffness and loosening of that is to be expected over time, but like you I'm not so sure about the speed that it’s happened in this instance. Appreciate that you'd have probably said, but any more info regarding it, e.g. does it stay closed fine; anything noticeably different now about the appearance of the hinge area from when you first got it? Also, if you want , a Samsung engineer could take a look at it for reassurance that all’s as it should be.
