When I insert a SIM card into my Book Pro 360 5G, I'm unable to connect to the Internet, it detects the SIM card and network but says 'account not active'.

My old Book Go LTE detects the SIM and connect automatically, no need to add APN settings. I have tried adding these default APN settings on the Book Pro 360 5G but it still isn't working.

Can anyone help?

It's a SIM thats paid monthly and works fine on my old laptop.
