as the title says when i use a usb c to usb c cable the ssd isn't recognised. the blue light still turns on so its getting power but file transfer is not possible. i tried different usb c cables to no avail and its not the usb c port on my laptop as other devices work fine. other than that the ssd works fine when using the usb a to usb c cable. this wouldn't be an issue if i didnt need literally every usb a port on my laptop for work. ive tried uninstalling drivers and changing power management modes as well as rotating the cable but still nothing.
