On Samsung Book4 Pro, are the 2 SSD NVME slots able to handle last gen5 SSD ? and what is the maximum size capability : 2T, 4T, 8T ?

I believe both are gen 4. Nvme slots normally don't have a maximum storage sizes like sd and micro sd, so unless samsung has some limit they custom set, storage amount doesn't matter. I couldn't find anything saying there was a limit and since nvme normally has no limit, I'm assuming there's no limit here

You will find that 2TB NVME is probably.optimal at the moment, and 4TB drives are expensive. You could potentially load up 2 x 2TB drives and have massive storage ability.

Gen4 is plenty speedy enough. If you want to buy the seriously expensive PCiE Gen 5 then it will still work in a Gen4 or Gen3 slot... but obviously limited to the maximum speed of the motherboard Gen version. But it will work.
