Smart Switch No Sorting Feature

This post is to vent my frustration at how rudimentary and sloppily developed Samsung's "Smart[?] Switch" is.
It's unacceptable for a company of this caliber to force us to use an app with no basic features such as "sort by kind," copy+past, delete key, etc. 
It feels like someone wrote a code within hours and called it a day.

Smart Switch is for backing up and restoring devices and upgrading firmware. It does what it says.
