I understand the M7 is a wireless TV/Monitor. However, every so often the Internet speed drops so much, and the only way to fix it is by disconnecting and putting the password back in.
I want to hardwire the monitor as I have 3x USB ports and 1 USB-C port.
I have spent just under £200 on different hubs and adaptors on both ports, all of them failed.
I have tried the adaptors on other devices and they are not faulty.
Below are some of the items I tried to use:
USB 2.0 to RJ45 Fast Ethernet Adaptor.
USB-C to RJ45 Fast Ethernet Adaptor.
USB-C HUB 10 IN 1 - Tried it plugged into the mains and without.
USB-C HUB 5IN 1 - Multiport Adaptor - Tried it in mains and without.
I have an adaptor and cable arriving from Amazon today, I don't think they will work as they are USB 2.0.
I also tried one from Costco and that failed too, I got a full refund on that though.
I have tried 3 different RJ45 cables, 3 different USB cables and one is very expensive.
How can I hardwire my M7 to Lan, and bypass wifi?
Cheers if anyone can help.

I received the other two items and still no joy. I give up now as I've spent more on trying to get this to work than I paid for the monitor.
FT232RL USB to RJ45 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/RS232-Serial-Console-Rollover-Routers-blue/dp/B072XT27TW
Syntech USB C Female to USB 2.0 Male -
I give up on this now.
