Samsung Settings not working

I have been using Samsung Settings app to block camera and mic, because there is no physical slider in Ultra Book4 for camera. Otherwise the app is pretty much useless. Couple of weeks ago Settings app stopped working properly: it does not open. When I click the app, it opens a blank window for a brief moment and then disappears. I found out a temporary solution: in Windows settings -> Apps -> Samsung Settings, there is Repair and Reset option, and after I do these the app opens, BUT ONLY ONCE! Next time it again does not open and this Repair and Reset has to be done again.
But then I found out this block camera and mic DOES NOT EVEN BLOCK MIC. I was able to use Teams with mic on even this was supposed to be blocked. So, I doubt it can actually block camera either if there is such a program that wants to spy it.
So, I decided to remove the whole Samsung Settings app. Really good quality by Samsung: settings app which does not work nor open.
