Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with my Samsung printer. It keeps saying there's a paper jam, but I’ve checked and there’s no paper stuck (at least none that I can see). I tried turning it off and on again, and also checked the tray and back panel, but still getting the same error.
Not sure what else to try. Has anyone faced this before or know what I should check next?
