Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Samsung printer driver on my Windows 11. The printer was working fine earlier, but now it’s not responding when I try to print anything. I tried reinstalling the driver, but the installation either fails or doesn’t help.
Sometimes the printer shows up in the device list, but it says "driver unavailable" or just doesn't print. I also tried using Samsung Easy Printer Manager, but it doesn’t detect the printer properly.
I’m not sure if it's a compatibility issue or something else. Has anyone else faced this kind of problem?

Hi i have the same problem and i completely disappointed. I bought new laptop with windows 11 and do all the necessary steps that you described - reinstall/install new drivers from HP - unistall from device manager etc and no progress. This is outrageous. HP does not care at all. They want you only to buy a brand new printer.

i dont understand why i always this when i run the diagnostics. Drivers are installed but software of the printer is not installed?
