Hello,
I've recently purchased a Samsung Gaming Odyssey Neo G7 LS43CG700NUXEN, 43" monitor. All was going well until yesterday evening.
I left the PC and after a few hours then I came back to shut it down. In the meantime the screen turned off from power saving. When I tried to start the monitor, it would not start anymore. I left it as is to figure it out today... Unfortunately the same situation occurs, I start the monitor from the remote, I can hear it start through the speakers, can even hear sounds when navigating through the menu... but nothing shows on screen... no menu, no backlight nothing...
I tried:
Even without any signal source the monitor should still turn up and show it's internal software...
Did anyone else encountered similar issue? is there any "quick fix" to this? some kind of hard reset or anything that can lead to a solving?
Thanks!

Same thing happened to me on the INITIAL plug in. Insane. How do they charge this much for something with such widespread issues. Ive seen 10+ post about this same exact issue.

I have the same issue. I have had this monitor over a year and it is extremely buggy. Unresponsive, black screens, shutting down during use. I am trying to reset it again to see if it helps. Will call service desk next week.. very unhappy with this expensive monitor. Picture quality is very good..

Resetting did seem to work. I didn’t setup wifi and smart features yet, but at least it is responsive and working as a dumb screen. The way screens should be..
Will try to, step by step, setup smart features and see if it keeps working.
