Samsung odyssey g7 g70b After the 1661 update, the Tizen home screen is not loading.

My monitor was automatically updated to version 1661. When I press the home screen button, it gets stuck on the ‘Preparing… Please wait’ screen.

I restarted the software and tried everything, but it still gets stuck at the same screen.

These actions helped to reach 100% and see smart hub) I want to note that I did a hard reset at the very beginning of the problem, but did not know about the need to skip network settings, so nothing worked. therefore, as always, nuances are important in everything)) I also want to note the shitty support of Samsung, shame on you guys.

Hello, thank you for your hint, the "SKIP NETWORK SETUP" did the trick! My step by step succesfull process for Samsung Odyssey G70B was:

1) Hold down POWER button on the monitor for 5 seconds to enter the menu. (Middle button of the Joystick under the sign SAMSUNG). Left arrow - Setup

2) Hold POWER button on the remote for ca 10 - 15 seconds, the monitor will hard restart, you will see sign Samsung and than Secured by Knox.

3) New setup will start. Finish setup but !!SKIP NETWORK SETUP!! This is most important. You can skip it by pressing "right arrow" on the remote control. The network setup can be done later after installation, without any problems.

I foolishly tried to sign up to the game/smart hub with my PS5 controller but now it doesn't work on the PS5 and keeps sending me back to game hub screen with my controller constantly paired to it even though every time I unpair it and take it off the list....I just want to play Ghost of Tsushima on my PS5.
